Every ICAN frame and rim has a useful product life cycle. Each bike, frame and rim will have a unique identification number and warranty card. Complete the provided card and warranty form, and send them to us. Failure to use the provided warranty card will void your warranty. Save your dated receipt for proof of purchase.

Applies to all ICAN and Triaero brand bike frame, and FL Max series, AERO Series, and Alpha series rim.
Coverage:
2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Conditions:
- If any manufacturing defect occurs within 30 days of the date of purchase, is obligated to replace the rim(s) and also pay for the shipping cost. If any manufacturing defect occurs after 31 days and up to 2 years, ICAN is obligated to replace the product(s). The product owner is responsible for shipping costs.
- If we no longer make the rim you purchased we’ll upgrade you to the newest equivalent model at no extra cost.
- The Warranty program is not transferable and only applies to the initial purchaser.
This warranty does not cover：
- Normal wear and tear (bearings, spokes, nipples, brake tracks, tires, inner tubes, pawls, freehub, seals, rim tape etc.)
- Products which have been incorrectly installed and/or adjusted.
- Issues brought about by neglect or poor maintenance.
- Surface finish and cosmetic treatments (anodizing, decals, etc.)
- Crash damage.
- Consequential or incidental damages (where applicable)
- Products purchased “second-hand”, “used”, “as-is”, or expressly “without warranty”
- Counterfeit products
- Unauthorized modification or alteration, including without limitation, any repair performed by anyone other than ICAN or an ICAN-authorized servicer, or outside of the recommendations of ICAN Customer Service
Tips:Please contact the official support of ICAN at the first time when you find a quality problem. Please do not repair our products privately, otherwise we will not bear any warranty.

- Misuse (Jumping, trick riding, etc.)
- Modification of wheels
- Tire pressure exceeding 140psi
- Improper assembly
- Installation of parts or accessories not originally intended for, or not compatible with the wheelsets sold.
- Use of brake pads not designed for carbon wheels

I was a bit skeptical to order these wheels from China. Not because I had a problem with China, but it was a long way from the US where they were going to be delivered. Ordering was actually pretty easy and the customer support was actually very good. I was getting updates via email pretty much every day after I ordered them. Once the wheels got here I put them on and mb are they nice. Super fast, stiff, and looks like and feels like good quality. But these wheels! You’ll save some money and you won’t be disappointed.
After doing a considerable amount of research I decided to go with Ican wheels and they delivered a terrific product. Wheels are lightweight, stiff, and still feel comfortable and compliant. Makes climbing a breeze with the power transfer due to the carbon spokes and cut through the wind like a hot knife through butter. Very satisfied with my purchase. When I build my gravel bike in the future I will definitely go with Ican for my wheelset. Thank you Ican

These wheels are very good. They got the perfect balance of stiffness and comfort. It would be better if the inner width was a little larger maybe around 21 or 22. They look great and fits very well.
Quite working wheels. The rims are even. Drove a Test hundred km. Small jumps up to a meter, crossing, forest, roots, stairs, Park, city. Showed themselves well everywhere. The DT raps become like a native. For your money a great option.
One Cyclocross race on them so far, the wheelset was excellent. I just need to get faster!

Unfortunately there has been a large change in the weather lately. I have only had a 30 miles rides since installing the new wheels and both sides had heavy weather wind conditions (12-15 mph), making for some tough rides. With those winds, it is very difficult to tell if my average speed went up. I look forward to future rides when there is not so much wind so I can see a difference.
Nice wheelset. Bought mine directly from the manufacturers at a greatly reduced price. I have them on 2 of my road bikes and no issues so far after usage for about 800 miles. No complaints too.
The wheels feel light and I had my first ride on a very windy day and it recorded the segment of my ride as my second best time compared to my Shimano wheelset.
Been riding for months and have had no problems. True right out of the box. I have about 800 miles on them and still running true! It was great that they supply carbon brake pads and other extra goodies.

The wheels came quickly, packed well. Out of the box, they were true and after about 200 miles they remained true. I weigh 210 lbs, and have no problems. They spin up fast and rolls forever. Great set of rims for the price!!
So glad I didn’t waste over a grand on expensive carbon wheels. Was eyeing up the mavic wheelset for the longest time. Finally decided to take a stab at these. These have a great aesthetic look just like the mavics in my option. Up close the quality definitely seems like it is there. Packaging was very good. So far after a few rides I have no complaints. The freehub sound is like music to my ears. Just like everyone else has said, if you are thinking about it, just do it, you will thank me later.
I have around 400 miles in these and they have performed extremely well! Are they faster? Yes. Are they stiffer, yes. Is the NOVATEC hub good? Yes, it spins well. So far, these have performed very well.
So far I have about 1000 miles on these and they are perfectly true and spinning great. Everyone I show them seems to think they look pretty good and are surprised about the quality of the construction. I can't say much more than that other than lets keep riding them. I'm 185 lbs and ride 30% City and 70% rural roads with potholes throughout both. No hill riding so I can't really speak to the braking ability of these wheels. I can't say I love these since only time will tell, but so far so good.

These are very good wheels, every bit as quality as American made products of 2 or 3 times the cost. The graphics are understated and subtle, stay true for a short time. if you're still on the fence about buying these, I'd say stop waiting and go for it.
