40mm deep carbon fiber wheels are a great choice if you live somewhere windy or like climbing mountains but still want a set of aero wheels. Our Aero 40 wheels with DT Swiss hubs are an even better choice. With our excellent carbon fiber layup matching the fine manufacturing of DT Swiss hubs.
Our Aero rims feature a mix of Toray T700 and T800 carbon fiber. By missing the two types of carbon cloth, we now have a set of wheels that weigh around 100g less.
We have still though managed to keep the wheels strong and stiff, we have also used the same modern wide tubeless ready aero shape. Our wheel rims work with your tires to help stop the air breaking up around them. We have even managed to increase heat tolerance in our brake tracks, taking our wheels up to being tolerant of 300° from 240°.
We then use Sapim CX-Ray spokes to lace your choice of DT Swiss hub to our carbon fiber rim. The aero Sapim CX-Ray spokes are the perfect spokes to use with our Aero rim. As like our rim they are light and strong, exactly what you want.
Finally, you can pick from either a DT Swiss 350S or 240S hubset. Both come with featuring the famous DT Swiss build quality and almost instant drive. The only real difference is the 350S is more affordable, and the 240S is lighter.

Wide Rim Tech
25mm rim wide creates a better, more stable support, while the shape of the tire and rim together creates regular, stable air flow, in short, more aerodynamics, less attrition. provides an ideal basis for 25/28mm tires, the sizes currently popular.
2-Way Clincher Tubeless. Tubes or No-Tubes
Use either traditional tires with tubes, or tubeless tires without tubes. Tubeless tires can provide lower rolling resistance and better protection from punctures.
Sapim CX-RAY As light as a titanium spoke
The CX-Ray still receives the best results in fatigue testing of any spoke. The CX-Ray aero spoke combines excellent aerodynamics with low weight and great strength. Not only are they more aerodynamic, they also make wheels lighter and stronger. Its unique strength and flexibility make the CX-Ray suitable for most bicycle disciplines. CX-Ray spokes are used by top bike racers and triathletes around the world.
Sapim Secure Lock Nipples
Sapim Secure Lock nipple is a locking mechanism that prevents nipples from untightening.Secure Lock nipple can achieve a stable and well defi ned deformation on the thread. Each nipple has an additional locking resistance of 18 +/- 3 cNm.

Warranty Policy
Every ICAN frame and rim has a useful product life cycle. Each bike, frame and rim will have a unique identification number and warranty card. Complete the provided card and warranty form, and send them to us. Failure to use the provided warranty card will void your warranty. Save your dated receipt for proof of purchase.

Applies to all ICAN and Triaero brand bike frame, and FL Max series, AERO Series, and Alpha series rim.
Coverage:
2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Conditions:
- If any manufacturing defect occurs within 30 days of the date of purchase, is obligated to replace the rim(s) and also pay for the shipping cost. If any manufacturing defect occurs after 31 days and up to 2 years, ICAN is obligated to replace the product(s). The product owner is responsible for shipping costs.
- If we no longer make the rim you purchased we’ll upgrade you to the newest equivalent model at no extra cost.
- The Warranty program is not transferable and only applies to the initial purchaser.
This warranty does not cover：
- Normal wear and tear (bearings, spokes, nipples, brake tracks, tires, inner tubes, pawls, freehub, seals, rim tape etc.)
- Products which have been incorrectly installed and/or adjusted.
- Issues brought about by neglect or poor maintenance.
- Surface finish and cosmetic treatments (anodizing, decals, etc.)
- Crash damage.
- Consequential or incidental damages (where applicable)
- Products purchased “second-hand”, “used”, “as-is”, or expressly “without warranty”
- Counterfeit products
- Unauthorized modification or alteration, including without limitation, any repair performed by anyone other than ICAN or an ICAN-authorized servicer, or outside of the recommendations of ICAN Customer Service
Tips:Please contact the official support of ICAN at the first time when you find a quality problem. Please do not repair our products privately, otherwise we will not bear any warranty.
The following will void your warranty
- Misuse (Jumping, trick riding, etc.)
- Modification of wheels
- Tire pressure exceeding 140psi
- Improper assembly
- Installation of parts or accessories not originally intended for, or not compatible with the wheelsets sold.
- Use of brake pads not designed for carbon wheels

Very good precision of first appearance
Wheels arrived quickly from China - less than a week. They look great. Installed beautifully. They seem fast.
Only done around 600 miles on them and so far they are riding flawlessly! Great on descent and handling! They look great and run true straight out of the box. Would buy again.

Over 2000miles. Through rain, snow, dirt, street grime, some flat tires and even getting doored by someone in the cab. These wheels are still strong! No bending. No wobbling. My only complaint and it’s not about the wheel it’s with the brake pad for carbon fiber that comes with the wheels. After some riding through some downpours in the city. My breaks make a LOUD screech when stopping suddenly. Cleaning the brake pad and wheel seems to help. But it eventually comes back. Other than that. I would buy these again even if they somehow break. ICAN wheels are great!
Very happy with this purchase. My first ride with these went so well that I thought maybe it was because of other reasons. Then my second and third ride felt just as easy so now I know these wheels have helped increase my average speed. They look great and the style matches my bike perfectly.
These wheels arrived quickly, were well-packaged, and looked great. I had my local bike shop inspect them to ensure they were straight and true.The construction is good, and they are significantly lighter weight than my old carbon wheel set they are replacing.
Got this wheelset to replace my noisy front wheel (something rattling in the rim cavity) - it was cheaper to buy a set rather than just replace the front. Install took no time at all ( i had the right tools). The wheels look great and feel great out on the road.
