Fancy a set of deep section carbon fiber wheels for your disc braked road bike? Fancy using them to smash your Strava times? Then look no further than our Aero 55mm deep carbon fiber disc brake wheels.
Our new Aero series is based on our highly successful Fast and Light series. Our FL series wheels set the benchmark for fast, light, and strong disc brake wheels. We took their amazing wide and blunt shape and constructed the rim using a mix of Toray T700 and T800.
The mixing of the carbon fiber cloths allowed us to shave around 100g per wheelset when compared to our old T700 only FL series. Our tubeless ready 55mm deep rim will still cut through the wind just as easily as our FL55 but will now save you some energy on climbs, which is a win in our books.
We have then used Sapim CX-Ray spokes to lace this rim. We use the aero Sapim CX-ray spokes as we have found them to be among the lightest and stiffest spokes your hard earned can buy.
These spokes will then hold your choice of hub. You can pick from either the DT Swiss 350SL or 240EXP. The 350SL is the more affordable option, and the 240EXP is the lighter option. Both though come featuring DT Swiss quality, their Star Ratchet system, and tool-free servicing. These hubs will connect so fast when you put the power down that you will never want to try any other hubs again.
All of this wrapped up in our two-year warranty.

Wide Rim Tech
25mm rim wide creates a better, more stable support, while the shape of the tire and rim together creates regular, stable air flow, in short, more aerodynamics, less attrition. provides an ideal basis for 25/28mm tires, the sizes currently popular.
2-Way Clincher Tubeless. Tubes or No-Tubes
Use either traditional tires with tubes, or tubeless tires without tubes. Tubeless tires can provide lower rolling resistance and better protection from punctures.
Sapim CX-RAY As light as a titanium spoke
